Das Video zu Sias Song „Elastic Heart“ zeigt ein 12-jähriges Mädchen in einem fleischfarbenen Anzug, das in einem Käfig mit Schauspieler Shia LaBeouf ringt. Dass sich ein Kind mit einem erwachsenen Mann bekämpft, empfanden viele Zuschauer als grenzwertig, Sia musste sich gegen Pädophilie-Vorwürfe verteidigen, obwohl der kurze Film deutlich macht, dass es sich um eine Tanzchoreographie handelt.
