Venues haben mit „Rite of Passage“ ihre neue Single veröffentlicht. Einher geht die Ankündigung vom neuen Longplayer „Solace“ mit VÖ im August über Arising Empire. Dieser Track ist sehr persönlich, erforscht es doch die die Beziehung zum eigenen Vater und in einen Chor ausbricht, der für Arenen gemacht ist. Venues begrüßen zwei neue Mitglieder – die Clean-Sängerin Lela und Gitarristen Valentin. Für den neuen Output sieht sich Christoph Wieczorek (Annisokay) verantwortlich.
