Nach Echoes (2019) und Date Me (2020) veröffentlichte die Münchnerin Elena Rud mit Down nun Anfang Februar endlich einen weiteren Song. Bleibt zu hoffen dass sie diesen Rhythmus nicht beibehält. So lange können und wollen wir auf neues Material von Elena Rud in Zukunft nicht warten.
Down schlägt vom Sound her eine ähnliche Richtung wie Date Me ein, nur noch etwas poppiger. Down ist dabei deutlich geprägt von synthilastigen 80s Sounds und bietet so einen tollen Kontrast zur leicht rauchig, kratzigen Stimme von Elena Rud. Hier trifft die Gerne Beschreibung Melancholic Love Shit voll ins Schwarze. Bitte mehr davon.
